Join me for an impactful Sunday morning event, my friends!

Whether you’re already curious about somatic breathwork or unfamiliar with it, this is a beautiful opportunity to explore how it can benefit you. 

Ashley, one of our very own community members, is leading this special session for us. This is 90 minutes of breathwork and 30 minutes to ease in and out of the session. All of it is to focus on Y O U.

Ashley is the founder of Connect with the Breath, a place of self-healing and transformation. She offers breathwork, meditation, sound bath, and tuning fork therapy.

DISCLAIMER: This event is not appropriate for pregnant women, persons with cardiovascular problems (including angina or heart attack), high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy.

This energizing session is tailored to meet you where you are, allowing you to honor your body's needs while building stamina and confidence. Whether it’s your first time moving this way or you're known for your spinning back kick, this portion of the class is all about releasing stress and having fun.

Next, transition into 45 minutes of guided mindset work with Karli Newman, life coach and owner of FLIPSIDE OF MIDLIFE®.

This part of the class is an opportunity to cool down, think openly, and expand your self-awareness. Through meaningful exercises and engaging conversation, you’ll discover ways to approach midlife and beyond compassionately and with intention.

Self-Defense for Women in Midlife and Beyond - $30

This is one of those transformational opportunities, my friends. Not only will you learn, you will leave feeling more confident and empowered around your personal safety. Honestly - DON'T miss this event!

During these 90-minutes, you will learn realistic self-defense skills, safety tips you can practice daily, and how to de-escalate tense moments and set clear boundaries.

Our instructor, Jade Hwang, is a Taekwon-Do master and the owner of KBX PHX. She is dedicated to equipping people with essential skills to protect themselves and develop self-confidence.

This is a private class (NOT a workout) held exclusively for our group of women in midlife and beyond. All physical fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
