A chance to expand your self-awareness through meaningful exercises and engaging conversation. Discover ways to approach midlife and beyond with confidence and courage!
Why should you get up early on a Saturday morning?
It feels good to move your body - Build stamina, express your confidence and courage, and have fun!
It can be life-changing to expand your mindset - Explore limiting beliefs that keep you from feeling confident and courageous.
This is a unique way to connect with other women in midlife and beyond who are on this journey with you.
Each class is 90 minutes in total. Sign up for $30 before Friday, April 18th, at 9am.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required—sign up below to give yourself the opportunity to move, reflect, and grow!
Waivers are required for each participant. A link to complete a waiver online is included in your confirmation email when you register.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Shoes are not allowed on the mat, so plan to go barefoot or wear socks with some grip on the bottom to prevent slipping. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated (only water is allowed on the mat).

This event is at KBX PHX in North Tempe (Scottsdale Rd. & McKellips). Pre-registration and payment of the $30 event fee are required to attend. KBX PHX will require an additional waiver which I’ll send to you the day before the class.
