VALUES DISCOVERY WORKSHOP
Values Discovery Workshop - $75
Your values are the base layer of a strong foundation that allows you to create a life you love in midlife and beyond. It’s easier to make decisions and set boundaries when you know what is most important to you.
But do you REALLY know what is most important to you for who you are now?
This workshop is an opportunity to discover your top values (there are 98 to select from!) and to think about how to live in alignment with them.
I lead you through the discovery process so you can gain clarity, identify what is no longer serving you, and move forward in a way that does. This impactful 3-hour workshop gives you tools and time to engage in self-reflection and notice where you can be more true to yourself as you are right now.
I so strongly believe in the power of the values discovery process I’ve created, that I use it myself every year. It has helped me gain self-understanding, feel more fulfilled, and know where to focus my energy. I know you’ll experience the power of it, too.
