Understanding Your Pet's Quality of Life with C - $10
Your pet is part of your heart, and you want to give them the best life from start to finish. But how do you know what they truly need, especially as they age?
Join Dr. Christina—who many know as C—for this workshop, where she’ll share her expertise as a pioneer in end-of-life care. She’ll help you understand what to look for, how to respond, and most importantly, how to honor your pet’s well-being every step of the way. Don’t miss this invaluable conversation!
This workshop will be held around my backyard table and I'll provide water, coffee, and tea for you.
A bit about C, one of our very own community members: She is a dedicated veterinarian and advocate for both pets and their families. Fondly known as “Dr. Christina,” she founded Arizona’s first in-home pet euthanasia service and hospice program, pioneering a compassionate approach to end-of-life care that emphasizes education, communication, and pet welfare.

Somatic Breathwork with Ashley - $40
Join me for an impactful Sunday morning event, my friends!
Whether you’re already curious about somatic breathwork or unfamiliar with it, this is a beautiful opportunity to explore how it can benefit you.
Ashley, one of our very own community members, is leading this special session for us. This is 90 minutes of breathwork and 30 minutes to ease in and out of the session. All of it is to focus on Y O U.
Ashley is the founder of Connect with the Breath, a place of self-healing and transformation. She offers breathwork, meditation, sound bath, and tuning fork therapy.

Whether it’s your first time moving this way or you're known for your spinning back kick, this portion of the class is all about releasing stress and having fun.
Next, transition into 45 minutes of guided mindset work with Karli Newman, life coach and owner of FLIPSIDE OF MIDLIFE®.
This part of the class is an opportunity to cool down, think openly, and expand your self-awareness. Through meaningful exercises and engaging conversation, you’ll discover ways to approach midlife and beyond compassionately and with intention.

In midlife and beyond, sometimes you want a built-in accountability partner or two to pull you out of your comfort zone. Other times, you just want a feel-good way to start your day. I’ve got you either way!
It’s scientifically proven that getting outdoors, into nature, provides a healthy boost to your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Happy Trails throws in a boost to your social wellness, too!
We’ll meet early on Friday morning at the Piestewa Peak trailheads in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve (roughly 22nd St. & Lincoln Dr.). Of course, this isn’t just a hike - I HAVE to add my unique twist✨

FIELD TRIP - LUNAR NEW YEAR FESTIVAL
Let’s meet at the Phoenix Chinese Week Lunar New Year Festival at Steele Indian School Park. Admission is free!
One of our group members is volunteering at the Festival, and suggested we attend. She told us a big shift is coming as we move from the Year of the Dragon to the Year of the Snake. This change is an invitation to find your balance, trust your intuition, and foster your future with calm, patience, and wisdom.
At the Festival, enjoy continuous live entertainment, including dragon and lion dances, folk dances, musical performances, tai chi, and martial arts demonstrations. There’s lots more!

From a ‘made for us’ spread of yummy small plates to an impactful end-of-year ‘ceremony’, this event is an ideal way to feed your body, mind, and spirit.
Let's celebrate the connections we've made in 2024, spark new ones for 2025, and absorb the abundant positive energy of this group of women!
We’re meeting at Mixela, the hot new restaurant of Valentina Huerta & Chef Gianfranco Brugaletta. They are passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving up thoughtful small dishes made with love.
Valentina and Chef are pulling together an aperitivo spread just for our group. Your $65 event fee includes one drink, tax, and gratuity. Simply show up to celebrate! (vegan options available)
This is an early NYE Social Hour so you can head off to your party or home to have a quiet night in.

We’ll meet early on Friday mornings at the Piestewa Peak trailheads in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve (roughly 22nd St. & Lincoln Dr.). Of course, this isn’t just a hike - I HAVE to add my unique twist✨
