MY CHAT WITH GENISE DAWSON PART 1

This guest episode has been a long time in the works, my friend! This time I invited Genise Dawson to join me.

Genise is a woman in midlife and beyond who I met through my wellness events in Phoenix, and she inspires me whenever I get to connect with her. She embodies strength and confidence and is a no-holds-barred boundary-setter.

In this episode, Genise shares the challenges of her youth and the surprising place she found the support she needed to thrive. She takes us through her career journey, imposter syndrome moments included, and how she practices self-care.

And, of course, Genise shares her favorite thing about midlife and beyond!
